Intensity SQUAT 1 x 5 @ 102.5
The first four were pretty standard slog but the fifth was super slow. I had enough time to plan my next meal which at first I thought would be Japanese fried chicken with mayonnaise but then I decided it would be steak - for the first time in 24 years, and then I got the rep so, woot. PB Intensity DEADS 1 x 2 @ 132.5 I didn't get the third rep off the ground. I'm not sure why I didn't reset and go for the final rep but I didn't. It's still a 2 rep PB. Let there be steak.
