Saturday is the day I do a variation of pressing and other things sometimes strongman, sometimes barbell complexes, sometimes thrusters but never double unders.
Today I did
5 x 8 single arm kettle bell presses L/R @ 16kg
A barbell complex of
1 x clean
1 x hang power clean
2 x 2 sec paused front squats
EMOM 10 mins @ 60kg
I think the weight was right because I was swearing and panicking at about the 6th round. It was fun.
My traps and elbow weren't sore either which makes me hopeful that I wasn't just thugging it up.
