Bench 1 x 5 @75 PB Squats 1 x 2 @107.5 PB Then I bashed my head against a wall with my deadlifts again…because I'm a sadist with no life. 1x 2 @132.5 Let's pretend I only wanted two of everything I went for anyway and call it a good week. Two beers and two dinners will be had in consolation. I hope someone had a better day than me?

SQUAT 1 x 5 @ 102.5
The first four were pretty standard slog but the fifth was super slow. I had enough time to plan my next meal which at first I thought would be Japanese fried chicken with mayonnaise but then I decided it would be steak - for the first time in 24 years, and then I got the rep so, woot. PB DEADS 1 x 2 @ 132.5 I didn't get the third rep off the ground. I'm not sure why I didn't reset and go for the final rep but I didn't. It's still a 2 rep PB. Let there be steak.
