So, I got 7 reps at 122.5kg on the deadlift which was awesome. I think I am making peace with being a remarkably slow lifter. It was actually fun to just grind it out until the form started to fall apart. fun. fun. fun. My coach got 3 reps at 185kg in the squat. hell yes he did. My friend Andrew did 3 x 5 @120kg on his deadlift. But... my cousin, Ms Kirsten Brown, gets the PR bouquet of the week. She banged out a 60kg bench, first time eva... Do you even lift? um - yeah. Now you do Kirsten!! What have you got?
