I did 7 reps at 102.5kg for my squat and 6 deadlifts at 120kg. Both of those weights were my 1RM six months ago so I really am pleased about that.
I ate three bowls of cornflakes last night which is also a six month PR for cereal consumption. What have you got?

I weighed in at 3kgs heavier than I have in 3 years and haven't trained in 2 weeks. Feel so crap! It's in motivating to exercise and eat well and gain weight! #pregnancyisabitch!
