I finally got a full set of 5 on the bench yesterday after a messy 5 weeks of non-linear non-progress. Tim and Shaun, who I was working in with on bench, were both destroying it and so good bench vibes helped me get a PB at 82.5kg and then another at 85kg.
Squats went really well today too. Despite all of the warm up sets feeling really heavy, I got my set of 5 @ 105kg and then went on to get a PB at 115kg which is awesome because it actually felt great and it's so close to 120kg I'm dribbling...bring. it. on.
